Pricing

HansaNet · Effective 25 August 2026

HansaNet is charged on one metered rate. There are no plan tiers, no device caps and no setup fee: you are billed for the size of the network we actually watched, for the days we watched it. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (₹).

The rates

What is countedRate
Billable subscriber connection (ONU) ₹3.00 per month
Monitored device — the monthly minimum ₹100.00 per month
WhatsApp customer notice, per message sent ₹0.90 each

How the monthly charge is worked out

The subscription charge for a month is the larger of the two sides below — not the sum of them. It is accrued daily, as one thirtieth or one thirty-first of the monthly figure depending on the length of the month, so a network that grows mid-month is charged for what it was on each day.

Subscription = the larger of
  (billable ONUs × ₹3.00)  or  (monitored devices × ₹100.00)

Plus customer notices sent that month × ₹0.90

Plus GST at 18%

Billing cycle and payment

If an invoice goes unpaid

Monitoring and outage alerting do not stop for an unpaid bill — a lapsed invoice must never silence an alarm. What is withheld is dashboard access: an account with an invoice unpaid for more than three days sees a payment screen instead of the dashboard, and access is restored immediately once payment is confirmed. An account left unpaid for 60 days may be deactivated after notice.

Changing or cancelling

There is nothing to upgrade or downgrade — the bill follows the network. You may cancel at any time; see the refunds and cancellation policy. Rate changes, if any, apply from a future date only and are never applied backwards.
