Uptime monitoring for ISPs

Know it's down before the phone rings.

Watches every OLT, switch, ONU and CPE. Confirms a real outage in about a minute, filters out one-off blips, and alerts the right team.

Pricing

One metered rate. No plans, no caps.

You are billed for the network we actually watched, for the days we watched it. Charges accrue daily and are invoiced monthly in arrears, payable online by UPI, card or net banking.

Subscriber connections

₹3 per ONU / month

Each subscriber unit seen online in the last seven days, counted once. A replaced unit is never counted twice.

Monitored devices

₹100 per device / month

The monthly minimum, for OLTs, switches, routers, CPEs and NVRs. Passive plant is always free.

Customer notices

₹0.90 per message

Only for WhatsApp broadcasts you send to subscribers. Outage alerts to your own staff are never charged.

How the monthly bill is worked out
(ONUs × ₹3)  or  (devices × ₹100)

Your subscription is the larger of the two sides, not the sum of them, plus any customer notices sent, plus GST at 18%.

A 600-subscriber network on 15 devices pays ₹1,800 for the month, because 600 × ₹3 is larger than 15 × ₹100. A 40-subscriber network on 6 devices pays ₹600, the device minimum. Both figures are before GST.

All prices in Indian Rupees and exclusive of GST, which is added to every invoice. Monitoring and outage alerts never stop for a missed payment; only the dashboard waits. Cancel any time: see the refunds and cancellation policy.
