Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the HansaNet network-monitoring service at hansanet.in, its monitoring probes, and its WhatsApp Business number, all operated by Hansa Communications, the trading name of Byreddy Haneesh Reddy, a sole proprietorship registered in Telangana, India (“we”).
1. Who may use it
HansaNet is a private tool for network operators. Accounts are issued by an administrator to staff of a subscribing organisation; there is no public registration. By using an account you confirm you are authorised by that organisation to do so.
2. Your account
Keep your password confidential and do not share your login. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised. We may suspend an account that is being misused or that poses a security risk.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the service only to monitor and administer network equipment your organisation owns or is authorised to manage.
- Do not attempt to reach another organisation’s data, probe or attack the service, or bypass its access controls.
- Do not use the WhatsApp number for anything other than operational queries about your own network, and do not send bulk, automated, or unlawful messages to it.
4. WhatsApp messaging
Notifications and replies are delivered through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform and are also subject to WhatsApp’s terms. You choose whether to add a WhatsApp number to your account and may remove it at any time. Delivery depends on Meta’s platform and your mobile network, so WhatsApp must not be treated as a guaranteed alerting channel.
5. Fees and payment
The service is charged on a single metered rate, billed monthly in arrears for the days on which monitoring actually ran. The rates, how the monthly charge is worked out, and what counts towards it are set out on the pricing page. All amounts are in Indian Rupees and are exclusive of GST, which is added to every invoice as a separate line.
Invoices are raised on the 1st of the following month and are payable online by UPI, debit or credit card, or net banking through our payment gateway. Non-payment may restrict dashboard access; it does not stop the underlying monitoring or alerting. Cancellation and refunds are governed by the refunds and cancellation policy; how access to the service is delivered is described in the delivery policy.
6. Availability and accuracy
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep monitoring accurate and continuous, but it depends on third-party networks, equipment, and platforms outside our control. Readings and alerts are operational aids: you remain responsible for your own network decisions. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost revenue, or loss arising from a missed, delayed, or inaccurate alert. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Data
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Deletion requests are handled as described in the data deletion instructions.
9. Termination
Your organisation may end its use at any time; we may end or suspend access for breach of these terms. On termination we disable access and delete or retain data as set out in the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Nalgonda, Telangana — the location of our registered place of business — have exclusive jurisdiction.
